We are SherryCos

SherryCos was born in 1968, founded by Juan Oca and his three children. It is clearly familiar; Its main activity was the production of bread and pastries at the local level.

In 2018, he took the decision to start the elaboration of “picos”, following a handmade way. It allows us to reach the market with a high quality product and a unique flavor.  Currently, the company focuses its full potential on the manufacture of several “picos”.  The Unique target: to set trends in the consum of “picos” with the highest quality.

SherryCos has always worked with the best suppliers of raw materials, resulting in a product of the highest quality.

The manufacturing plant is located in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz), 1,500m2 distributed as follows: Production 1000 m2, 400 m2 to store finished products and 100 m2 in offices and departments.

The logistics process is carried out by our own trucks or approved freight forwarders to supply our clients and delegations.

SherryCos Bakery is equipped with the necessary machinery to meet a daily demand of up to 5,000 kg of product.
